Refund and Cancellation Policy

Transparent billing practices as per SEBI guidelines.

1. General Policy

At Equisigma Research, we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and transparency in our equity research services. Due to the nature of our business—providing digital, intellectual property in the form of research reports and market intelligence—our services are generally non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

We strongly encourage all prospective clients to review our free research reports, read our methodology, and evaluate our subscription plans carefully before making a payment.

2. Exceptions for Refund

We adhere strictly to fair trade practices. Refunds will only be processed under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice for the same subscription due to a technical glitch or payment gateway error.

  • Failure to Deliver: If we are unable to activate your subscription or provide access to the promised research reports within 48 hours of successful KYC and payment verification.

  • Regulatory Compliance: If required by a directive from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other competent judicial authority.

3. Cancellation of Subscription

Clients have the right to cancel their subscription renewal at any time.

  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the subscription expiration date.

  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the research platform until the end of your current paid billing period.

  • No Pro-Rata Refunds: We do not offer pro-rata refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel a yearly plan after 3 months, you will not receive a refund for the remaining 9 months, but your access will remain active for that duration.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved under the exceptions listed in Section 2:

  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original source of payment (e.g., the credit card or bank account used for the transaction).

  • Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, subject to standard banking procedures.

5. Fiduciary Duty & Risk Disclaimer

As a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (RA), our fee is strictly for the research and analysis provided. Payment of fees does not guarantee market profits or protect against market losses. Investment in securities markets is subject to market risks, and we do not offer any assured returns.
